Brad Hintz is currently an Adjunct Professor of Finance at NYU Stern. For the last twelve years, he has been a nationally ranked Equity Research Analyst covering the Securities and Asset Management Industries at Sanford Bernstein & Co. Prior to his stint at Bernstein, Brad spent thirteen years on Wall Street serving for three years as the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of Lehman Brothers Holdings (NYSE: LEH) for the next ten years at Morgan Stanley Group (NYSE: MS) as a Partner and treasurer of that firm

Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University, a Master of Science degree from the University of Southern California, and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School. He sits on the Board of Leaders at the Marshall School of Business of the University of Southern California and the Advisory Board of the Krannert School of Business of Purdue University.

Mr. James W. Toffey, also known as Jim, is the Chief Executive Officer at LiquidX since May 2015. Prior to joining LiquidX , Mr. Toffey served as Global Head of Electronic Markets at GFI Group Inc., where he spearheaded GFI’s burgeoning services as a global operator of electronic marketplaces for professional traders and market makers of cash and derivative financial and commodity products. Jim founded Benchmark Solutions, Inc. and Tradeweb Markets LLC (in 1997) and served in the positions of Chief Executive Officer and President since 2008, and was responsible for developing electronic markets for fixed income and equities and for creating innovative workflow solutions for financial market professionals. He joined forces with Warburg Pincus in October 2008 to establish the firm, and demonstrated commercial innovation and leadership in his role as the President of Fixed Income, Equity and Retail Wealth Management at Thomson Financial, Inc. since January 2005, where he was tasked with consolidating TradeWeb, Institutional Equities, Retail Wealth Management, BETA and AutEx; and responsible for developing electronic markets for fixed income and equities and for creating innovative workflow solutions for financial market professionals. He led the spin-out of Tradeweb into a joint venture with eight global banks and Thomson Reuters.

Mr. Toffey served as a Member of Global Board of Managers of Omgeo LLC until June 2008; and as a Director of CS First Boston in charge of global electronic trading and distribution for fixed income. He holds MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration and a BA from Dartmouth College.

Ms. Jane Gladstone is the Senior Managing Director leading Evercore’s financial services corporate advisory business with twenty five years of investment banking experience. She has been named one of the Top 50 rainmakers on Wall Street by Dealmaker magazine, one of the Top 50 Most Influential by Bloomberg, ranked #2 by Institutional Investor 2015 Fintech Finance 35 and has also been a delegate to the World Economic Forum.

Mr. Vincenzo La Ruffa has been serving as the Head of Financial Technology Group of Aquiline Capital Partners LLC since June 2014. Prior to this, he was an Investment Professional at NGP Energy Capital Management. He joined Susquehanna Growth Equity in October 2006 and served as its Co-Founder and Managing Director, responsible for capital markets technology and financial services. He joined EnerTech Capital in 2003 where his responsibilities included analyzing potential investments in the energy and clean technology sectors, with a focus on advanced battery, fuel cell, emissions control, and water/waste water treatment technologies. During that time, Mr. La Ruffa was involved in more than $100 million of private equity investments in early to late stage growth companies in the United States and the United Kingdom.

Mr. La Ruffa began his career as an Analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Deutsche Bank in New York and worked on transactions in the energy, technology, and industrial sectors. During his tenure, he also managed a multi-disciplinary team responsible for preparing a research study used to develop Deutsche Bank Americas annual strategic plan. He currently serves as Director of Susquehanna Growth Equity, LLC and ICE Execution Services, LLC., The Logic Group Holdings Ltd, 29West, Inc., Fenergo Ltd., OmegaFi, MediMedia Information Technologies, Technology Advisory Board of Ben Franklin Technology Partners, Ballista Securities, LLC and TradeHelm, Inc. He also serves as the Board of Directors of the San Miguel School in Camden, Board of Trustees of Mercy Vocational High School in Philadelphia and as Member of Board of Managers at Virtus Partners, LLC.

Mr. La Ruffa graduated, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania. He earned a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School and a B.A. in Classics from the School of Arts and Sciences.

Mr. Mayadas is Broadridge’s Corporate Vice President, Strategy. He is responsible for strategy, acquisitions, partnerships and other growth-related activities within the organization including leading Broadridge’s Blockchain initiatives. Mr. Mayadas was appointed a corporate officer of the Company in November 2015. In September 2016, Mr. Mayadas’s role was expanded to add responsibility for the U.S. Fixed Income division within our Global Technology and Operations business. He joined Broadridge in April 2013.

Prior to joining Broadridge, Mr. Mayadas held a variety of roles in private equity, strategy consulting, and technology. He worked at IFA, a private equity firm, from 2011 to 2013, and at the Boston Consulting Group, a global consulting firm, from 2005 to 2011. Earlier in his career he co-founded and sold a software company, and worked as a software engineer on fixed income trading platforms.
